안녕하세요,
미국 시민권자가 한국에서 살고 있습니다
최근 미국 cpa 를 통해서 한국에서 미국 법인을 만들었습니다
결과
1)회사 Certificate 과 2)Tax ID 가 나왔고
이 두서류를 미국법인의 계좌를 Open 해주는 은행에 가서 Bank를 open 을 하고 Business를 하라고 cpa쪽에서 말씀을 주셨는데
한국에서 이렇게 해주는 은행이 있는지가 궁금합니다.

최초 설립시에 certificate에 officer or member or incorporator로 대리 업무를 할수 있는 변호사 회계사 세무사 등을 통해 등록이 되어 잇어야 대리로 법인 계좌 오픈 및 운용관리가 가능합니다. 한국에서 그 서류만 가지고 미국에 오지 않은 상태에서 법인 계좌를 오픈 하실수는 없습니다. 감사합니다.
